Policy of the service privacy

The Privacy Policy defines the manner of processing and protecting the Customer’s personal data in connection with the use of the service available at www.galeriakatowicka.eu, which is owned by Estlin Investments sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warszawa).
Our aim is to ensure an adequate level of privacy protection for Customers using the Website and/or the Services in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended) and the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, as amended).
The Website may contain links which allow Customers to reach other websites directly. With regard to such links, the Service Provider reserves the right not to be responsible for the privacy policy applied by the administrators of these websites.
Personal data administrator
The Administrator of the Customers’ personal data processed in connection with the use of the Website and/or Services is Estlin Investments sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warszawa), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000636799.
Rules on data collection
- When using the Website, data is automatically collected on the use of the Website by Customers, as well as IP addresses of end devices, browser and operating system type, date and time of the visit, number of connections, number of pages opened on the Website, viewed content.
- The use of certain functionalities of the Website and/or Services may require the Customer to provide his/her personal data. Failure to provide such data may restrict the use of certain functionalities of the Website and/or Services.
- The Website includes a contact form and a Newsletter Service Form. Completion of these forms requires the Customer to provide his/her personal data.
Scope and principles of data processing
- In order to use the Newsletter Service, the Customer will be asked to provide the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, postal code and address of residence.
- If the consent to use the Newsletter Service has been expressed, the e-mail address provided by the Customer shall be used to send the Newsletter to the Customer. Detailed rules for sending the Newsletter are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
- Information provided by the Customer in the Newsletter Service Form allows the Newsletter content to be tailored to the needs and interests of the Customer.
- Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent of the Customer to whom the data refers. The consent is expressed by ticking the appropriate box when filling in the Newsletter Service Form.
- If the Customer uses the contact form, the data entered therein will be used to respond to the request made using the contact form.
- The personal data provided by the Customer in the contact form are processed on the basis of the consent of the Customer to whom the data refers. The consent is given by ticking the appropriate box when filling in the contact form.
Customer’s rights
The Customer has the right to access, supplement, update or correct personal data concerning him or her, as well as to request that processing of such data be discontinued, in which case the Customer accepts that such discontinuation may entail the cessation of services.
The Customer may resign from the Newsletter Service at any time. Resignation from the Newsletter Service shall take place in the manner specified in the Terms & Conditions.
