Regulations for co-working - Galeria Katowicka

§ 1. INTRODUCTION

These Regulations define the rules of the co-working zone created by the owner of Galeria Katowicka – Estlin Investments sp.z o.o. (“Owner”).

The scope, details and conditions for the provision of services are contained in these Regulations. Free access to the co-working zone services is possible every day from Monday to Sunday during the opening hours of Galeria Katowicka (except public holidays), i.e. from Monday to Saturday 9:00 – 21:00, on commercial Sundays 10 : 00 – 20:00, co-working is closed on non-trade Sundays.

The owner has the right to change the Regulations at any time. Information about the amendment to the Regulations, as well as its current content, will be published on the website www.galeriakatowicka.eu and available in the co-working room and the information point of Galeria Katowicka located on level 0 (at the main entrance from ul. 3 Maja).

The regulations of the Shopping and Entertainment Center of Galeria Katowicka, which are in force throughout the Gallery, also apply to the co-working room.

§ 2 – USING THE INTERNET

The co-working room receives Internet coverage available throughout the Galeria Katowicka Shopping and Entertainment Center.

Using a link to download and / or sharing illegal material or overloading the link by downloading large files (e.g. movies) is not allowed and may result in immediate termination of the service.

The owner is not responsible for any possible damage resulting from the failure or malfunction of the internet connection.

§ 3 – LIABILITY

The owner reserves the right to limit the availability of the room. Information on any restrictions can be obtained at the information point of Galeria Katowicka Shopping and Entertainment Center.

The Owner is not responsible for the inability to provide any services in the event of extraordinary circumstances or circumstances beyond the control of the Owner.

The owner does not provide storage or supervision services over the property of users of the co-working zone. The owner is not responsible for users’ belongings left in it.

§ 4 – BOOKINGS

Depending on the availability of a co-working space, it is possible to rent a room for a fee. Reservations can be made at the Galeria Katowicka information desk in person or by calling 32 41 41 309. The room can be booked twice a week (except on non-commercial Sundays).

The cost of renting the room is PLN 100 / h (gross).

Reservation is connected with an advance payment in the amount of one hour of rental. The advance payment should be made at the information desk – no later than the day before the booked date. The advance payment is credited towards the total amount due for the time of booking the co-working room.

A room reservation made may be canceled (canceled) free of charge not later than one day before the booked date. In the event of non-cancellation of the reservation and failure to appear on the day of booking to collect the keys, the advance payment will be credited towards the compensation for the loss incurred by the Owner in connection with not renting the co-working room. Reservation is possible to pick up. Use of the booked room is possible provided that you check in 30 minutes before the scheduled start time at the information desk.

The projector in the co-working room is available only to users who book rooms. Necessary information on the operation and starting of the projector is provided by the information desk.

§ 5 – USE OF THE RESERVED ROOM

In order to collect the keys to the co-working room, you should go to the security monitoring office together with the advance payment confirmation received at the information desk. The use of the room is possible after prior verification of the correct operation of the equipment in it, in accordance with the procedure described below.

The person booking the co-working room before handing over the keys is asked to sign a protocol on accepting responsibility for the equipment used by him, indicating the value of the equipment made available for use and confirming that during the handover, the equipment did not show any irregularities and allowed for proper switching on and further use. . The signing of the protocol by the person booking the co-working room is not necessary, but it is a condition for making it available.

The return of the co-working room takes place on the basis of the return report signed by the Owner’s representative and the person booking the co-working room, specifying, inter alia, state of returned devices. In the case of the absence of the person making the co-working room reservation or unjustified refusal to sign the return report, the owner is entitled to sign the report on his own. Defects or damage to the co-working room indicated in the return report will be repaired at the expense of the person booking the co-working room. Repair costs should be covered on the date indicated in the request for payment.

§ 6 – ORDER REGULATIONS

Co-working users are required to:

  1. Comply with these Regulations;
  2. Respect people and property;
  3. Maintaining order and cleanliness;
  4. Maintain peace and quiet, and in particular mute cell phone ringtones;
  5. Repairing all damage and destruction caused by their fault at their own expense.

Prohibited activities in the Co-working zone:

  1. Bringing and consuming alcohol and other stimulants, as well as smoking cigarettes (including electronic cigarettes);
  2. bringing and eating hot food (including food court and restaurants);
  3. Using devices that cause excessive noise;
  4. Listening to music or other audio materials without headphones.

§ 8 – PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

The administrator of personal data is Estlin Investments Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (postal code: 00-839), at ul. Towarowa 28, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000636799, with the NIP number: 522-307-14-42, REGON: 365395501, share capital in the amount of PLN 5,100.00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”). The Administrator can be contacted by mail at: Estlin Investmnets Sp. z o.o., ul. Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warsaw. Monitoring is carried out to ensure the safety of persons and property (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
