Belonging to GreenWay Polska Sp. z o.o., the Delta charger is a fast charging station that enables three vehicles to be charged simultaneously: two with direct current (DC) and one with alternating current (AC). Charging a 20-40 kW battery takes a maximum of 40 minutes, depending on the charge level and battery capacity. Delta allows the charging of all electric vehicles compliant with the standards: CHAdeMO, CCS and AC Type-2, which practically means all brands of electric cars on the market. Depending on the station configuration, the first two standards allow direct current (DC) charging – i.e. fast charging up to 50 kW, and the last standard allows alternating current (AC) charging – i.e. slower, up to 22 kW.

Knowing the parameters of our vehicle, we can calculate the time it will be charged using the following formula:

Charging time = battery capacity / charging power

In the food court, behind the North Fish premises, we have prepared an area for our customers, where a microwave and a device for heating baby milk bottles are available.

Galeria Katowicka is a place friendly to business meetings and remote work. In a specially designated co-working space, you get access to basic work tools and you can work peacefully during Galeria Katowicka working hours. The use of the co-working room is free of charge, except when renting a room for the purposes of a training course or a business meeting. For more details, see here.

Customers of Galeria Katowicka can use a shoe cleaning machine free of charge – it is located on level 0, at the main entrance from 3-go Maja Street.

The devices are available on all levels of Galeria Katowicka. Touch-sensitive panels make it possible to locate shops in our Centre in an intuitive way. In an uncomplicated way, they will lead the customer directly to the designated destination.

In the business zone, on the mezzanine above the food court in Galeria Katowicka, bookcrossing shelves have appeared, where we have placed interesting books for our customers, including children. The books placed in our mobile library are made available for free to any potential Reader who has visited Galeria Katowicka and stopped for a moment to rest in the bookcrossing zone.

One way to use the zone is to read the books on site. Just walk up to the bookcases and find something of interest to you. When you have finished reading the book, put it back in its place.

The second way to use it is to exchange books. If you are so interested in a particular book that you would like to take it home with you, remember to complete the zone’s book collection and bring another book to replace the one you want to take.

Try to ensure that the copies you bring from home are not damaged. Consider whether the book you want to bring is recommendable and interesting.

INPOST parcel lockers and Allegro One Box parcel machines are waiting for you at Galeria Katowicka, next to Lech and Maria Kaczyński Square and in the underground car park of the Gallery on level -2 at the entrance next to the Carrefour market.

Don’t worry about pick up if you are busy or working late. Parcel lockers and parcel machines are at your disposal at any time: 24/7.

On the +1 level in the corridor between Adidas and Vision Express you will find safety deposit boxes where you can leave your excess luggage.

Lockers are open during the opening hours of the Gallery. The cost of leaving items in one safe deposit box is PLN 5.

On level +2, near Pasibus, the Taka Mała Galeria Sztuki is located – a space to relax in the artistic works of young artists from the region. In Such a Small Art Gallery there are various works of young artists – from photos and graphics to films and music, there are also events such as meetings with artists or vernissages.

In Galeria Katowicka there are comfortable family rooms, where customers with children can use the toilet, changing table, and comfortable feeding chair free of charge, as well as heat their meals in a microwave oven. Additionally, in the family room on level -1 there is a help machine with basic necessities for the youngest.

To ensure the safety of our youngest customers, we have introduced special identification wristbands. You can write your phone number on them, so that if your child disappears from your sight, you can easily find him/her.

The headbands are made of durable, hypoallergenic material which is safe for kid’s health and skin. They meet the strict requirements of the National Institute of Hygiene. The snap fastener makes it easy to adjust the band to the child’s arm.

The pushchair can be rented for up to 3 hours with the possibility of extension for another 3 hours, but not beyond the opening hours of the Centre. The service is provided against a deposit.

Safe and full of colorful, developmental devices and toys, the playground for children is located on level +2, in the restaurant area.

The help machine in Galeria Katowicka is located in the women’s toilet on level -1 and in the family room on level -1.

We have equipped them with a specially selected assortment of basic necessities. In the women’s toilet we have prepared a selection of hygiene products, plasters, condoms, an antibacterial wipe, a toilet seat and a shoe cleaner. In the family room you can buy disposable diapers, nappies, wet wipes, bibs and nappy rash cream.

This device uses voice commands to help deliver defibrillation in the event of cardiac arrest. After connecting the patient to the electrodes, the AED will diagnose itself and inform whether its use is necessary and how to properly perform the life saving operation. The defibrillator box, marked AED, is on level 0, on the wall next to the Mydlarnia u Franciszka store.

Toilets for people with disabilities are located on levels: -1, +1 in the toilets next to the Reserved store, +2 in both vestibules with toilets.

Galeria Katowicka has lifts for people with physical disabilities to move between all levels of the facility. Markings of the elevators can be found at the entrances to the corridors and in the information brochures (available at the info point).
