It is a combination of service, shop, showroom, relaxation and entertainment zone. In the new service point customers may, among other things, have their equipment repaired, make a purchase in Samsung’s showroom or learn about the company’s latest products.

Samsung Premium Service Plaza is one of the most modern service centres of this company in Europe. The service point is operated by international company – SPB Services.

  • Open 6 days a week.
  • There are 8 service (technical) stands on site.
  • In the new service centre customers can not only repair or report a fault with their device, but also learn about the latest products from the global brand. The state-of-the-art models of mobile phones, tablets or TVs will be available for direct testing. In special zones visitors can also get acquainted with, for example, virtual reality and move to another place using Gear VR goggles. To make the waiting time for the repaired phone more pleasant, a special entertainment zone for children and adults is available in the Premium Service Plaza.
  • Sign language operation using the MIGAM application.
