Mini Melts is ball ice cream produced by the cryogenic method, which means freezing with liquid nitrogen at -197 degrees! Thanks to this technology, ice cream does not store water or air bubbles and retains its intense flavor. Mini Melts contain no artificial preservatives or genetically modified ingredients.
