Next weekend (June 20-21), Galeria Katowicka will be filled with aromas and flavours of Mediterranean cuisine.
During the third instalment of Galeria Katowicka Cooking Festival a popular chef, TV presenter and cookbook author, Pascal Brodnicki, will prove the truth of an Italian saying “L’appetito vien mangiando,” which translates to “Appetite comes with eating.”
Pascal Brodnicki gained his experience in French, English and Polish restaurants. And while he received an award for promoting French cuisine from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, “Le trophée de l’esprit alimentaire”, he will be showcasing his aptitude for Mediterranean cuisine at Galeria Katowicka. Visitors to the Mall will also get a chance to talk with the chef, obtain his autograph or take a photo.
We kindly invite all foodies and Italian cuisine aficionados to participate in our Cooking Festival. Numerous cooking shows and tastings are planned for the two days of events. Visitors will get a chance to discover and taste one of the most popular cuisines in the world, one that is based on seafood, fish and vegetables. Maybe you’ll be inspired to make your own Mediterranean-style dishes at home after visiting Galeria Katowicka? It’s the season for fresh vegetables, after all.
Cooking shows and workshops will take place on the ground level of Galeria Katowicka (between Peek&Cloppenburg and RTV Euro AGD stores).
