… events within the HIGHER LEVEL PROJECT.
These week brings interesting new workshops every day!
On Monday, July 20 (14:00), Teatr Bez Sceny (Stageless Theater) will show part of its play, “Ciemno.Jasno.Cień” (Dark.Light.Shadow). The theater was founded by Andrzej Dopierała, an actor, director and scenographer, winner of a Golden Mask Award. His team displays impressive acting skills while working with top-notch works of dramatic literature.
Tuesday, July 21 (10:00–14:00) will see the Career Fitting Room event. If you want to browse through job offers or learn something about the Labor Law, come to Galeria Katowicka. The agenda includes a self-presentation skills course prepared by Capgemini Poland. A representative of one of the region’s biggest employers will present current job and internship offers. The event’s organizer, the Silesian University Career Office, will hold workshops on contemporary recruitment methods. If you need any Labor Law advice, you can talk to an expert from the Regional Labor Inspectorate in Katowice.
Throughout the Career Fitting Room event you can get your application documents revised, rehearse a job interview and take pictures for your CV. Bytom will offer its collections to make sure you look your absolute best in the resume photo. Estee Lauder is going to provide tips on what makeup to wear for a CV picture and a recruitment interview.
On Wednesday, July 22 (16:00), Renesans Gallery is going to hold another session as part of Galeria Katowicka’s Small Academy of Fine Arts, which helps children learn a lot about the media, art and literature, as well as expand their general knowledge. The next class is called “SCULPTURE Time.”
On Thursday, July 23, we’ll have personal development workshops for adults (“GET TO THE HIGHER LEVEL” cycle), starting at 17:00. This time we are going to try to learn how to stay relaxed while handling our duties. After the workshops, participants can enjoy 15-minute relaxation sessions accompanied by peaceful music. They start every half an hour.
All activities within the HIGHER LEVEL PROJECT are free-of-charge and held at level “+2” of Galeria Katowicka. They are offered on the first-come first-served basis.
