We would like to recommend an interesting exhibition at Plac Szewczyka.
NANOGALLERY project, a part of NanoDiode program (www.nanodiode.eu), is a mobile photo gallery whose main objective is to promote the results of nanotechnological research carried out in Poland for the economic and social needs of the 21st century society.
NANOGALLERY aims at presenting R&D projects conducted by Polish scientific centers, raising social awareness on the role of nanotechnology in resolution of social, economic and industrial problems, increasing young people’s interest in the study areas which concern or make use of nanotechnology, as well as encouraging local authorities and representative of business/media centers to focus more on promoting innovation and scientific achievements within the field of nanotechnology.
The gallery has already been shown during the 17th Lower-Silesian Science Festival in Wrocław and in the Silesian Center for Education and Interdisciplinary Research in Chorzów, where visitors could see 10 large-format pictures and daily use products that employ nanotechnology.
The exhibition at Plac Szewczyka will last from Nov. 15 to 29.
