How to produce sounds? How to make inroads into the world of music? What are sound design, sequencer and mixer?
If you are keen on music and want to know the answers, take part in Silesia’s only open workshops on sound recording and music production, conducted by SEKWENCJA Music Production School.
The workshop will focus on drum and bass. Participants are about to see how a track comes into being step by step, starting from the drum section made with sequencers and samplers, through bass and other elements developed on synthesizers, to the selection of samples from music libraries. The organizers have decided to use Ableton Live, one of the world’s most popular tools for electronic music production. The instructor is going to be Bartosz Marek Sztandar, founder of SEKWENCJA Music Production School. He has been working in the music industry for over 20 years and is one of just three certified Ableton Live trainers in Poland.
The sound recording and music production workshops for adults will be held as part of the HIGHER LEVEL PROJECT on Sunday, July 2, between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at level “+2.”
The number of participants is limited. The classes are offered free of charge, on the first-come first-served basis.
If you wonder how to start working on a track using your computer, or how new ideas are created and then developed, this is definitely something for you!
