Galeria Katowicka, a shopping mall located in the heart of the city, promotes unique, unconventional and ambitious initiatives. Furia Clothing showroom offering top Polish independent brands has just opened its pop-up store there. The pop-up retail concept effectively supports young designers. It was developed in the US and UK at the start of the 21st century.
The pop-up store in Galeria Katowicka offers independent brands, such as Risk made in Warsaw, StaffByMaff from a popular fashion blogger (Maffashion), Lana Nguyen (with a popular message that says “Stressed Depressed But Well Dressed”), Mozcau, Loff, My Manifesto, Polanka, Marthu (men’s bow-ties and shirts) and many others.
Furia Clothing is aimed at confident consumers who tend to pick quality designs and materials. All clothes are made in Polish sewing factories or designers’ own workshops.
Furia Clothing pop-up store is the second project of this sort (following Klakier Gallery showroom) in Galeria Katowicka.
Furia Clothing can be found at level +2. Entrance to the showroom is indicated with a special neon-sign made by Irsa, a renowned Katowice-based company that creates exclusive advertising elements for which the city used to be famous in the past.
