Do you dream of learning the secrets of cosmic travels and visiting the Moon? Galeria Katowicka offers a perfect opportunity to do just that.

We would like to invite you to a cosmic party preceding the premiere of an animated family comedy movie, “Capture the Flag,” on Sunday, January 31, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Galeria Katowicka’s level +2.

All kids will find loads of cosmic attractions and get a chance to participate in educational workshops.

We are going to learn the secrets of cosmic travels. Remote-control rovers will be traversing across a huge mock-up of the Moon, examining the Silver Globe like astronauts do.

Thanks to a greenbox, it will be possible to take amazing shots against a moonlike background. Children can put on a special astronaut costume.

Fans of cosmic travelling will also be able to make and paint cardboard rocket models, solve a jigsaw puzzle featuring a map of the Moon, and play with Lego Space City, building cosmic vehicles and equipment.

We have prepared astronomic and astrophysical workshops to help you discover cosmic secrets, take a closer look at meteorites, as well as learn about the Solar System and the Moon.

You can also expect contests with movie-related awards and free entrance tickets to the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw.

“Capture the Flag” is one of the largest European animated productions. This adventure-studded movie is about to hit to screens on January 29.
