On Tuesday, Oct. 20, between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., at level +2, we will host Pilates Dance classes arranged by the Physical Education and Sports Department at the University of Silesia.
They will offer a great chance to spend some free time in an active and healthy way while trying unusual exercises which incorporate elements of Pilates and dancing.
Pilates is a physical fitness system that strengthens muscles, benefits the spine, improves posture and makes body more flexible. It lowers the stress level and generally has a highly favorable impact on health and wellbeing.
